Pretty useless customer service. Second time I have been told a phone would be at this location only to be told when I got there it is not. The second time I made reservations to pick up phone reported in stock, confirmed by store only be told the same thing we dont have it. If they feel it was the fault of corporate they make no attempts to help fix it but just tell you to go to web and do it yourself.
