My husband and I took a custom double paned window and screen to Just Glass in Williamstown, NJ and it was a horrible experience. We paid in full when we dropped off the window and screen. Two weeks later when we went to pick it up the window was not caulked properly and although repaired it no longer matches the rest of the windows in the house. They bent the frame of the screen and there was a hole in the screen so we had to leave it at the store for them to fix. Two weeks later I still had not heard from them so I called Just Glass and the screen still had not been repaired. We are completely disgusted and we are picking up the screen and getting our money back. Their work was unprofessional and their customer service is horrible.
