Terrible experience. Carlos overcharged us in our time of need as we'd just faced a hit and run driver taking out the gas for 4 townhomes. His total price was $4975 for digging a 3 foot trench and replacing 4 1"" x 3' risers. Home Depot price for materials ˜$100. For permits from the city we were invoiced $1000, later we found that the price from the city was $600. We strongly recommend you shop around and don't give your business to this guy. It is unfortunate that this experience had to happen to us and hopefully you can avoid it happening to you.
