Let's hope you never have to return anything to this store. First of all every single return I have ever made has resulted in more than 20 minutes of waiting with an under staffed return dept. and extremely rude employees. But more specifically, the manager (middle aged latino man whose name I don't know) that I spoke with during an attempt to return a terrible carpet I spent way to much money on (that was literally falling apart after having it on the floor for 1 month) was useless and made a mockery of my situation. He did not even follow proper protocol with said return and instead told me he "had the right to refuse any return or exchange for any reason at anytime". Wow. I called customer service and the manufacturer for the carpet and both explained to me that the store should have filed a complaint, filled out paper work for a possible defective product and done an exchange. I will never be patronizing this organization ever again. Hello Lowes.
