I purchased a living room set from Feldkamp's Topeka 02/13, MSRP price over $4500 according to their hang tags. By end of March noticed some wear defects. Called store 1st of Apil and was told we had had the furniture too long, there was nothing they would do. Talk to a Shawn who indicated that he was running the Topeka store because they didn't have a manager currently. Gave him my number and asked to relay my problems to the store owner and have them give me a call. Waited until latter part of May and had not heard anything. Called again and was told they still didn't have a store manager, asked for the owner's cell number and was told they could not give that out but was assured they would have the owner (John or Sandy I believe they said) call me. This went on until Nov when finally I said if we didn't hear from somebody we were going to load it up and dump it on their front lawn.
