I went in to have the mechanic figure out a problem that I wasn't sure of. The car was under warranty, so the diagnosis was free! It took a few hours to figure out what was wrong, but the coffee (with cream that wasnt dehydrated gross powder) and complimentary wifi made that time go faster. They do need to figure out some better seating for their front area, there isn't a lot of room for both salespeople and customers to move around comfortably, nor is there enough seating for people in the waiting area. Overall I would definitely recommend Volkswagen of Duluth- I always get good service! :-)
