Two years ago Quality First Home Improvement, Inc. put in some gutters for me. I recently started to have some problems with them not draining correctly. I called Quality First and told them about the problem, and they said they would come and check it out.
They found there was some leaves clogging them, and they sent out some workman to clean them for me because I am disabled. They did the work free of charge, and they did it quickly. I really appreciated it, because they really didn't have to do anything.
Usually if call a company you used two years before with a problem, they'd say "Oh well." But Quality First didn't do that. They stand by their word when they say quality comes first, and they stand by their customers. I would recommend them to seniors who need work done and want a good, quality company who stands by their work. They're reasonable, and they will work with you.
The head guy, Steve, called me several times, as did the coordinator. The wonderful workers who did the work were Scott Gabri, Jeff Thompson, Gustav Ferrar and Francisco Cha. They got up on the roof and cleaned all the leaves off. If I need anything else I'm going to call them first, and I've already told people they should call them!
I can't say enough about Quality First! The integrity of the company is outstanding, and they stand behind their work. They care about their customers!
