Billy Parker Exteriors replaced some windows and doors and they turned out perfect. They're very personable so it's not like some big company. You're only dealing with Billy and one or two of his people so you always know who's there. Billy's always there on site so he's very hands-on as well. He makes sure I'm happy with everything and it seems like customer satisfaction is very important to him.
