Idiots can't even put a modem back in the system. Never had service because the idiots don't know how to troubleshoot. I returned my modem less then a week after receiving it. My account has been closed for a couple of months and now I get a bill for 106 for the modem. Of course after talking to individuals that don't know jack about the company they work for or their policy I give up and will wait until Monday to talk to the billing section again. Amazing I get a nine dollar check from them when we closed the account and now I owe 106 because their salespeople and technology is mediocre at best.
