Our family started @ CH Physical Therapy over 8 years ago with PT for an injury and just kept coming! After the PT, we adjusted to a regimine of ""Personal Training""...then there was the sprained wrist and shoulder surgery....and we're still here working out twice a week with 3 routines. My husband and I now split our time between the Pearl location with Kim and Tigard with Jillian. They both work direct our three routines of resistance training which is rewarding and keeping us strong and fit!
