Terrible. I made an appt one week ago for today at 10am. I drove 45 minutes, and arrived 10 minutes early. The building was locked. At 10:00, another client pulled into the parking lot and asked if I have an appt. He called and nobody answered. I called the main number (not that local office), and was told this location is not open on Tuesdays! WHAT!?! They gave me no apologies, just tried to reschedule for next morning. After wasting 1 1/2 hours and toll and fuel, they don't get a 2nd chance. I called Groupon and told them they should disassociate with this business immediately.
