I have gone to J. Nicoles for 3 years and have never had an issue until last night. I got a hair cut for ""long layers"" and ended up with 3 layers, 6"" apart, that look like shelves in my hair. My hair is to the middle of my back and now I will have to get at least 5"" cut off to even it out....and I am getting married in June. \r

When I called to get a refund for my terrible haircut, I was told that they do not issue refunds, but will only guarantee service. Why would I want to go back? I have gift cards and would have gone there for other services but am now going to just eat the gift cards and will not go back. It is unfortunate because I do like the salon. I cannot believe that after being a loyal patron for so long, there is not more customer service being provided. Apparently a $73 hair cut is worth more to them than a loyal patron.
