HORRIBLE! It's not the same. I've been going over 18 years. I never had a bad experience until the last 2 years. The office staff don't listen they just talk right over you and the billing is horrible. Ive been overbilled twice, and they just blame it on the insurance company. Is the practice going bankrupt? Needles to say, all 3 of my children ave complained. Time to find another dentist.
