Please continue to have a dedicated staff that is focused on doing the proper repair even if a mistake is made by the staff. The service manager, Christopher Grate, was very patient and tried his best for me. Maribel Perez, my service advisor, and Lylah Redeker, the warranty manager, really focused on repairing my Tucson properly after a mistake had been made. I am grateful to the technicians who repaired my car correctly after the mistake. I am glad that I did not feel pressured by sales people while I was waiting for my car.
