Dr. Rich came highly recommended to me by several friends. He is a nice guy, but was maybe a little too laid back when it came to my child's health. Now, I'm not one of those psycho moms who takes their kids to the doctor for every sniffle... I'm actually quite the opposite. However, when I expressed concern about my child's overall health (he was loosing weight), Dr. Rich, said there was nothing to worry about, he was just an over active child... and we'd keep an eye on it for ""next year"". NOT TRUE. I'm really glad I took him for a second opinion (at the insistence of my pediatrician neighbor). My son had a very serious medical issue that should have been found at his year;ly check up. Are all doctors going to catch everything? no. but it seems to me like I was blown off too quickly. So anyways, he's a nice guy... it was one incident, but buyer beware. If you think something might be wrong, please please please get a second opinion if Dr. Rich is your doctor. Oh, and also, the nurse practioner, is terrible. never book with her. We have since found a new doctor.
