I have now been to your facility for two different events. The first was to purchase tires for my 2006 Ford and I found the prices to beat any other competitor. My experience then was a positive experience!
The best was yet to come. I was unable to start my car one morning and I had it towed to your facility. It turns out it was bad gas and they virtually bent over backwards to get my vehicle going. They used additives and a lot of thought and my vehicle seemed to be running perfectly. I received a call from Matt at 7am the next morning to find out if it started! I would have to say I was surprised but I had not yet tried to start my car. Well, I did try to start the care about 7:30am and I called Matt back. He had a tech my wife and I to an appointment we gad scheduled and then they picked up my car and worked on it for most of the day. They had to drain most of the gas this time but it seems they have fixed the problem. They have made me so comfortable with them that I also had several other maintenance issues done by them.
I would like to call out Matt and Kevin for their professionalism and assistance with this issue. My wife and I both appreciate their persistence and help.
