This was a combination of two visits: the first was trying to troubleshoot a noise, and the second was for a tire alignment. There was no charge for the first visit, which they diagnosed the problem to be a damaged tire. I replaced the tire through a third party, and came back the next day for a tire alignment. The noise is gone and it feels like I'm driving a new car. I would highly recommend this shop to any friends or family that own a toyota. FYI, my car is a 2007 Prius. Thank you.
