Needed a new battery ASAP. Called, said it would take 4-6 weeks to get battery in. Called the dealer an hour away, they had it in stock and replaced it that day.\r

Needed recall work done. Called, said it would take 4-6 weeks to get parts in for recall work. Waited 4 weeks, they came in, had to schedule the service another two weeks out! During that time, started having problems with the car, called for service - the ""didn't have the time"" to service my car! They didn't care! Once again went to the dealer an hour away - not only did they fix my car, they had the recall parts on hand (as I would expect a dealer to) and they did the recall work, too. They did all that in half the time Bergeron told me it would take them, and did it all the next day after I called them! Seems everything takes 4-6 weeks at Bergeron. They don't have to worry though, I won't be bothering them with service requests anymore - they won't get any business from me ever.
