We have had FCS as our property managers for the past two years. Immediately upon us hiring FCS they did a thorough review of our financials and long-term capital reserves (bringing in an outside reserve specialist to assist). Working with our finance committee, their management team recommended an aggressive course of action to allow us to replace our roofs (over 30 years old without replacement and costing us thousands a year in leak repairs). At a special meeting with the owners yesterday we passed a special assessment that will allow us to complete all the roofs this year. It was a hard pill to swallow but it passed unanimously because of the hard work done by the committee, board and our FCS management team.
