Watch out!!! \r
They gave me a higher price ""In Writing"" for my windshield replacement than other co's, but they could do it on short notice as I had a trip planned the next day, where the other co's were a couple of days out. \r
So, I contracted them to do the work. \r
They came out and pulled the old windshield out of my truck and THEN told me the price was now $55 more as the rubber molding needed to be replaced. When I demanded that they honor to the price in writing they gave me, they put me on the phone with ""Sandy"" the owner of the business. She told me to take it or leave it, and that they do this all the time and collect $120 for partial work performed.\r
They had the audacity to leave the job site and my truck without a windshield in the street.\r
I had no option as it was late and I couldn't leave the vehicle outside without a windshield. So I called them back to finish the job.\r
I have never encountered such unethical business practices. \r
But, now I know why they were the only ones that were available to do the work on short notice!!
