Most employees are nice but customer service is interesting and service is expensive. It took 3 tries to have the correct part ordered for a SRAM XX component. You would think a ""top tier"" bike shop would be more competent. After they ordered the wrong part for the second time I left my bike asking them to put the part on if they were lucky enough to get it right on the 3rd try and they charged me an additional $25 for installation. Amazing! I miss the LBS's I was able to frequent other places I have lived where employees were friendly, knowledgeable and competent and prices were realistic.
