The service man was very good, as was the job he did. He was pleasant and explained any questions I had. He was quick with the service. The complaint we had was that our appointment at 8-9 am turned into a noon appointment, which caused us to change our plans for that day. That was annoying, but then I found the story the service man and his boss did not match. He had been sent on "another job" before he got to our condo. We will not be using this service again.

The technician that came to do your carpet cleaning service was not the original technician that was supposed to come do your cleaning! We think there is a misunderstanding here! We wouldn't want to lose a client do to our mistake, so please contact us and we will make it right next time on your cleaning. Thank you.
