I had been looking for a new car to purchase and had been to 5 dealerships before I came to Headquarter Hyundai. I was so disheartened because my credit isn't great and no one else was willing to work with me. I called Headquarter Hyundai today and spoke with Joel. I explained my credit situation and what I was looking to spend. He very kindly told me that he could help me, and to come on in. When I got there I met Joel, and he introduced me to my salesperson, Byron. What a wonderful person to deal with! Byron was kind, helpful, informative, pleasant, sincere and genuinely wanted to help me buy a car. In less than 2 hours, I was in the financing office with Vincent, where I received great and personable service as well. I drove home in a brand new 2014 Elantra and couldn't be happier. My experience today is greatly appreciated and I will refer everyone I know in need of a vehicle to this dealership. The staff is professional, courteous, informative and respectful.
