Absolutely awful! They just had the nerve to tell my mother they were denying her claim that ... though she was in the roadway, and their insured who came out of a parking lot and darted across in front of oncoming traffic and hit her was... they were not to blame. This violates the Texas State Driving Regulations with regard to YIELDING THE RIGHT OF WAY. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are deceitful and dishonest!
