Entered into contract at the end of 2012 to do a home renovation of nearly $200K. Ruth Construction abandoned the contract on 9/6/2013 after repeated (over 5) schedule change and none deliver\r \r - Contract was turned over to a foreman with NO California licensing, employed by Roth Construction (Look up Bill Moss in California licensing board to see if you find a license)\r - Hires questionable Subs with their under aged children working as employees. Also had workers just bailed out of jail (Look up Andrew Ath Thi in criminal records)\r - Breach of contract on multiple schedule changes and work stoppage through the project and other parts of the contract. \r - Very poor quality of work as a result of mismanagement and lack of supervision. Including shower doors that leaked, Toilets that ran. All had to be corrected by us\r - Damaged a lot of our personal property during contract, including a brand new fridge, stove and appliances, fountains, plants ...\r - Un-safe work delivery, including missing vent holes and support needed\r - Charged nearly $14,000 for real hardwood flooring and in the end delivered manufactured wood and did not even finish the flooring after 3 weeks\r - None payment to sub-contractors that caused lien notices and aggravations to us\r - Over charges from estimates for electrical for over $2000.00\r - Removed personal assets from our house with out permission, such as brand new under counter microwave, cabinets and toiletry\r - Took food, drinks and ice-cream from our fridge without permission and left the wrappings for us to clean more
