I had 2 of my cars serviced that day. The first car was serviced at 9:30am and my second car was at 3:30pm. The service was prompt and I didn't wait for very long. The service was on a Saturday. The only drawback is that I felt that they only do oil changes on that day only. Shorthanded or not, I had a part that I specially orders which came in the day before but for some reason there wasn't a quailified technician to install it. Rather than risk the installation of that part I had to make another appointment during the weekday. I came in the previous Saturday and ordered that part and the guy at the parts department asked one of the tech guys and I heard him said that the labor is 1 hour and it will cost around $115 to do it. And he said that they can do it. Nonetheless the service department couldn't do it. So this is my only disappointment with the service for one of my cars that was in the morning to install that part. I can understand that there might not be a qualified tech to do it but if someone said they can then obviously they should do it. It still feel though that Saturday's at this dealership is made only for oil changes and not for other services. If the service department runs 6 days a week then they should do the full service 6 days a week shorthanded or not regardless. But overall I'm very satisfied with the service that I was given.
