Springville Mill Apartments towed my daughter's car (with handicap plates) because it was not moved with the two inches of snow we recently had. It is my understanding that they towed many cars that day...without letting the owners know it was done or to move the car.. My son-in-law went to work on Monday only to find his car was not there. The office did not know the cars were towed the day before...it was not until a call to the Vernon Police to report the car stolen that they found out where their car was towed by management. It seems to me that the amount of time dedicated to having all those cars towed...it probably would have been quicker for them to notify the tenants before they decided to tow...which did not happen. My daughter and her husband were both home that day. Furthermore, the management was not in the office on Monday with the holiday and left a poor woman...Susan...to deal with these issues and the tenants herself...which also leads me to the manner in which this outfit treats the employees too. So I suppose this is a great place to live as long as you move your car whenever the slightest hint of snow. More to come later...this is not over! It cost $150 to release their car...and my son-in-law lost a day of wages because he could not get to work. This is not over by a long shot!
