terrible customer service, not timely calls or repair, not honest, gave me back my laptop in worse condition than i gave it to them, held my laptop for until i paid them additional $295 besides the $79 that i paid for diagnostic when i dropped it off. i still have broken computer, wasted time and money. now that i think about it how they could afford that big place, it all make sense. don""t go there!!!
