I give them zero stars. It won't let me un click the star i hit by accident. if anything i give them negative stars! The service I received was awful. They had to come back three times because they didn't fix it right the first time. My heating went out about two or three weeks ago. The first guy to come out to fix something that was broken, got the heat working again. Then a couple of days ago, the heat went out again. They sent a different guy out than before. This guy first of all was swearing in my basement because he was getting mad. I was not to happy about this because I have two small children. Then he told me that if the first guy that came out would have done a full inspection, this second time could have been prevented. The second guy had to call in another guy because he couldn't fix the problem by himself. So these two guys thought they had fixed the problem. Well, they didn't. About an hour after they left, I still had no heat blowing out. So I called them back. This is where it gets good. The manager of the store had no respect and did not care that his men did not fix the problem. It was about 8:30pm at night and the manager told me he couldn't get anyone out until at least 8:00 am the next morning. I told him this was not except able. I had two small children and it was very cold for them, plus not only that, his men did not fix it the first time. I asked how this was not a priority, to fix your mistakes? All the manager kept saying was there was nothing he could do. I said "" so you are telling me you are booked through the night?"" He wouldn't answer me. I said you guys offer 24 hour emergency service, how am I getting this service? All the manager would say, and sometimes he would just ignore me and say nothing, is there is nothing I could do. I was pretty upset. I told him i was going to go above his head and make sure someone knows how he treats his customers. He didn't seem to care about that either. He told me if something cleared up, he would send somebody out at some point in the night, maybe like 4am. Are you serious? I thought. Anyways, MAGICALLY about 30 minutes later, the manager called me and said someone would be out in an hour. The guy came, did something, and it finally started to work. He said he would have to order a part and they would call us the next week to come back and replace it. This was a Thursday night. So that Saturday the manager who was very rude called me. He said the part he ordered was in and he wanted to send somebody out that morning to replace it. I said I'm sorry, I have a birthday party today and some other things going on can I schedule it for tomorrow? He said no. Okay. Then he says very rudely and sarcastically, "" what you are not home right now? I said are kidding me? I am leaving my house in just a few, you can call me back next week to schedule this. And then he hung up the phone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I am still going to go above his head. This whole situation was insane and could have been prevented if the manager had an ounce of kindness and understanding.
