Dropped off my snowblower during high snow season, had a call less than 16 hours later I pick up my machine. When I went to pick it up, the gentleman who helped me turned on the machine and said he wanted to recheck the carburetor. He could have just sent me on my way - the blower was running! Upon loading the machine into my jeep, I was given advice on starting (half-choke until it's warmed up) and when finished let the machine idle to dry the inside up a bit. Two big thumbs up!! Great prompt service.
