I always receive prompt, courteous service, reasonable pricing, and an overall good maintenance/repair experience. However, I DESPISE the fact that salesmen come over while my car is being serviced, take down my info, and call me with a sales pitch when I'm there for anything from an oil change, warranty recall, or repair. It feels scummy.
