My first time buying from them, as I've always bought from ""big"" dealerships. I have to say I wouldn't want to visit another ""big name"" dealer anytime soon. I came in on a slow snow covered weekend and expressed interest to Ed about an 04' Avalanche, we had a good conversation and because of the nature of my visit I also had a trade in and would need to see Brian. I said I would be back the following day to take the truck to my mechanic. Snow came on that Sunday and I still trucked down to say I wouldn't be taking it that day and wait until Monday when the weather cleared up. It was this time I met Jack, who was a pleasure to deal with as well. Finally Monday rolls around I pop down meet Brian go over my questions which he answered spot on and with pure honesty. The truck went to my mechanic while he looked over my trade and I came back with a couple of questions which we resolved and I bought the truck on the spot. \r
Now, let me explain the honesty of this dealership, I over paid for the vehicle by accident by $100, a lot of people would've banked the money and moved on. Within 10 minutes of leaving the dealership Brian had me on the line saying that I over paid as he hadn't seen that on Saturday I left a deposit. I came back and was met with the 100 dollars from my deposit, and a firm handshake thanking me for my business. I would use this company for all my future purchases, you cannot buy the level of integrity from these guys.
