I needed to have a wheel bearing replaced and scheduled an appointment for a week out. I made the appointment on line and was called the same day due to their concern about the safety of the vehicle. i was able to bring it in early for them to inspect. It was great to get a call early due to their concern for me, my vehicle and others on the road.
