To say that your behavior towards your customer--Alison Z--is appalling is an understatement which nowhere begins to speak to your inhumane disregard for her and her condition--not to mention the callousness of your snickering, all self-important and disgusting performance and vile and completely uncalled for comments. Comments which excluded even the most minor of considerations of humanity towards her suffering. I would say towards a fellow human being, but to allow you space in the category in which simple intelligence and compassion reside more often than the disgusting behaviors such as those which you presented to her and which serve as a glaring warning to all decent people to steer clear of you and your so called business and it's un-welcoming and thoroughly disgusting atmosphere would diminish the rest of us in no small way. \r
