After reading this story , I called the store. \r
The staff member put the phone down and it sounded as if they were reading through the reviews. They were using foul language and acting unprofessional. \r
I overhead them saying they were just going to write ""there are 2 sides to every story"".\r
We've read about the courageous woman battling cancer with a sick child, sleepless nights, and going though chemo among other treatments. What is your story? wake up late? short staffed? too busy to be polite and empathetic to your customers. go ahead. what is your story?
