Poor service is one thing. Lack of compassion another. Hateful speech quite another. Be prepared to find all three here. For anyone to treat a customer of any sort with disrespect is terrible business practice, but to treat someone who is obviously suffering from cancer and trying to regain a sense of normalcy by looking at wigs in such a way is a business signing their own foreclosure. I know there are two sides to every story, but nothing a customer does warrants treatment like Sharon and her staff can and do dish out.
