Ilovekickboxing is a great workout and it has something for every level of fitness. The people in class and instructors are all very nice. The class is 60 minutes and they have convenient class times to fit your work schedule. This is something for every level of fitness and a great way to exercise! Would definitely recommend this to anyone.
