From the first moment we drove onto the lot at Red Hoagland, to our last service call, we have never had a bad experience. Tony, our sales representative was very knowledgeable about their product, explained fully the features of the car we wanted to purchase, walked us through the process and before we knew it, we were driving off the lot with our brand new Hyundai Elantra. We have owned the car for over a year without any major difficulties. My husband and I enjoy extended car trips and the Elantra is a great highway car, as well as a great in-town car.
We have only had the car in the shop twice; once for recall work and an oil change and once for a tire problem. Both times we were treated very well. Service was quick and performed correctly. The last time we were given a loaner (much appreciated). Good Job, Guys! (and Gals)
