I just purchased a new mini split unit from Brennan and they were great! The installers were knowledgable and skilled. Very kind and even took time to talk with my curious 2 year old little boy. (He still talks about the heat pump guys) The installation went great and the unit worked great.\r
As with any new piece of tech I had to touch the remote and mess with setting. The install was in Oct. As Dec and Jan came around it began to get very cold and the heat pump was not keeping up and it became very cold in our house. I called up Brennan and talked with a tech. He came out on his own time and found out I messed up the setting on my remote and my heat pump was not working at it's optimal level. The tech did not leave until he was sure I knew how to get back to the optimal setting if any one ever touched it again. I can't believe there is a company that the employees are willing to give up there free time to help out a customer. \r
