I had some problems with the service department in the past...it took three visits to find the cause of a continuing engine problem. They'd insist it was fixed when it wasn't. But eventually it was fixed, and the car has run great since then. Just had regular servicing done this time, but they went out of their way to make sure I was well taken care of.
