i had a ridiculously bad experience and strongly recommend you take your business elsewhere. I bought a very expensive Outdoor Grill from them that malfunctioned within 18 mnoths of purchase.. They twice sent people out to assess the issue, twice they told me they would call me about needed reparis and after three calls to them that were not responded to they said they couldnt tell which repair person had been at my home and what was wrong. Finally an intelligent sounding woman responded to yet another call I made and apologetically told me she would look into it and send someone out the next day or so to do it over and would call me back in 24 hours. I never heard from her again. i made one last call asking for a tech to come out beofre the grill was put away for the season. I was told it was a low priority because I didnt need the grill now and they would try to get there in 10 days. I gave up and found a responsive repair service. Very shabby treatment and completely unacceptable from a local Hamptons shop selling high end products at full price,
