Going to Megan Rich for physical therapy has been such a rewarding experience. I've been seeing her for five years now and have seen such a large amount of improvement with my body. I really enjoy that her method of fitness is very individualized and she really cares to attend to the patient's needs. She's very accommodating and works around my body, as opposed to sticking with standard routines.
Megan is so helpful, caring, and knowledgeable. She really taught me how to use my body in the most productive ways and showed me what was best for it. She even does the exercises with me and is a very hands-on physical therapist. Her prices are very reasonable and I'd strongly recommend her. I'm so thankful that she was able to really get my body back into a healthy place.
