I celebrated my 70TH birthday with my wife hoping to have pleasant & enjoyable paella dinner. I had a voucher which had expired ($25 for $50) and a HQ certificate for ""ORDER ONE ENTREE AND GET ONE FREE"". The server, who was quite good, upon handing me the bill told me that only one voucher could be used. I explained that I was using only one voucher and redeeming my paid-up front $25. The ""OWNER"" came to our table, raising his voice yelling that only one voucher could be used and refused to allow me to speak. Within moments, his angry and perhaps foolish response was...""THERE ARE MANY MORE RESTAURANTS IN CRANFORD, NJ, GO TO THEM!"" Getting angry at a customer...WelL, your wish is my command... CERVANTES RESTAURANT has been removed from our outside dining list. To all out there, discourteous behavior is unacceptable at ALL times in the service industry. However tasty the paella was there was a bitter taste left in our mouths!
