Gathered our adult kids together for a family getaway weekend in Cincy for Halloween and some Joe's Crab Shack. Each of us had our own roomy suite with whirlpool bathtubs, refrigerators, microwaves and sofa sleepers, which they upgraded us to for the same price. The rooms were all nice and clean, and after a close examination of the mattresses, we found no indication of bed bugs (we always check since we encountered them in our travels a few years ago.) The dining room was spacious with plenty of seating and sufficient breakfast foods to choose from. Have to say that we were impressed with the service and care that we received.
