sales man was very nice and assertive, our experience was long and we waited a little longer than expected. financially the sales man explain to me the best way to save and apply money to my budget which I never experience at any dealership. My wife and I thought mazda was a good place to get a car because of their rankings and great overall costumer service from our friends...buying the car did not feel like we were being rush we felt at home and well come back again when we are ready for a new car.
