Incompetant franchise of American Family, crooks to say the least in my experiance. After raising my business policy 20% I shopped out another company. In the process I was told (from this office) that after cancellation I would not be billed for the ballance of the policy bc the insured can stop coverage at any time. This info was given to my by a rep from Kendra Hurtados office......I CANCELLED, TWO MONTHS LATER I GET A COLLECTIONS NOTICE. When I explained this to Kendra herself I pleaded my case and she hung up on me. Over 7 years of payments and no claims thanks a ton #Kendra #Hurtado
