I bought a built in grill from Evenings Delight last summer. I have used the grill a few times, last during the thanksgiving holiday. I went to use it again for super ball Sunday when we realized that two of the three knobs were stucked, they could not be pushed in to turn and ignite the grill.\r
I called the store today for advise. The grill is still under warranty but they would charge $100.00 just to evaluate the problem. This is a high end grill, the purchase price was around $3000.00. Just be aware that even though you are still under warranty, Evenings Delight expects you to pay for evaluating the problem. Shame on them!
