The Internet Manager of Vatland Honda, who calls himself Mr. No Fuss, as well as Mr. Vatland himself, were extremely fussy and rude to me when I tried dealing with them via email. They were both very condescending in their replies and gave me a take it or leave it attitude, refusing to negotiate on what they claimed was the best deal they could offer. Well, as it turned out, I ended up getting a much better price from a competing dealer to the north. But I just do not understand why the folks at Vatland had to be so disrespectful when all I was trying to do was negotiate the best deal I could. Their customer service is extremely poor and I highly recommend other Honda shoppers to look elsewhere. Buying a new car should not be such a disconcerting experience, and no customer should ever have to receive the kind of negative email comments Mr. Vatland and his staff sent to me. Disgraceful!
