My husband and I were referred to Warner Family Practice by our family members who have been very happy there. On my first visit, I saw Dr. Crandall for a routine physical which included blood work, a bone density test, a metabolic rate test, and a chest x-ray. At age 53 I was impressed by the detail and thoroughness of the physical and the depth of testing Dr. Crandall did. I was also impressed that all of these tests were able to be done at Warner Family Practice facility by their staff, and the results of the tests were given to me on a CD for future reference\r
The chest x-ray showed the possibility of my heart being slightly enlarged. Dr. Crandall called me personally explaining the situation, and then ordered further testing, an echocardiogram (also done at Warner Family Practice), which showed a significant leak in my aortic valve. She referred me to a Cardiologist, Dr. Ganem (who works closely with Warner Family Practice), and in a few short weeks I underwent open heart surgery to replace my valve. I cannot say thank you enough to both Dr. Crandall and Warner Family Practice for their wonderful care and service. Dr. Crandall?s care is not only professional, but also personal; she truly cares about me and my health. That chest x-ray found my problem before I even had any symptoms or indication there was a problem. Warner Family Practice and Dr. Crandall?s proactive approach to staying healthy, finding the problem early and getting it taken care of prior to any major complications, had a huge impact on my life ? for which I will always be grateful. Without a doubt, I would highly recommend Warner Family Practice and Dr. Crandall for any and all health care needs!
