Do NOT go to Temecula 24 Hour Urgent Care. I went to their branch in Carlsbad and had good medical care. However, their billing department is completely inadequate, unprofessional and they do not hold themselves accountable. When there was an issue with billing my insurance, I tried calling them back numerous times at different times and days. I left 10 messages without calls back. Then, they send me to a collections agency siting that I never returned their phone calls! Do not go there.
